The Bully of the Beach at Galveston & Bolivar Peninsula – Deputy Jack Walker

This is Jack Walker, a “reserve commander” who roams the beaches hassling people in an unmarked white vehicle.  I first met him a few months back at the beach when he stopped to yell at my wife and I for having our sick and elderly dog off-leash in an area where there were zero people within a half-mile or more.  He was rude, loud, and offensive, and acting in a very intimidating manner.  I tried being polite at first, but when I noticed what a shitty attitude he had, I finally told him to get lost and find something useful to do, so of course he threatened to arrest me.  I see he is continuing to harass people who are just trying to enjoy themselves at the beach. What a turd!
